“The Mills Can Do It team just completed a beautiful new Trex deck in my backyard (with Trex rails/lighting/gate, lattice work, and a third-party gazebo), and my wife and I could not be happier. We highly recommend them for your deck project. Due to Covid supply delays with the Trex materials, this project took much longer than expected, but it was worth the wait, as we are so thrilled with the final work. The owner/operator, Kevin, was very responsive, personally checked on the project frequently, kept me informed of the project plan and timing, and was true to his word throughout. When there were snags along the way, he was honest with me, explained the options, and ensured I was satisfied with the plan. He is really a genuine and caring person who was a pleasure to do business with. His deck-building team was led by a semi-retired “Trex Pro” (Mark) who is as skilled and experienced as they come, having owned the largest deck company in the area for years. Mark was personable, intent on doing a quality job in every detail, checked with us frequently about various options/decisions to ensure we would be happy with the design now and for the long term, and ultimately produced a masterpiece. Mills Can Do It is younger and smaller than its massive, mega-builder competitors in town, but I feel that was to my benefit in receiving more TLC and a better overall value. I give them 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, a like, and a heart! :)

“After speaking to about a 12+ contractors, I chose MillsCanDoIt to demolish an old deck and rebuild a new screened-in enclosure. To say that Mills exceeded my expectations is an understatement. 1. After going over the project with Kevin (owner), he assigned an experienced & hands-on PM (Mark) who also helped sketch out a new design based on what I was looking for. 2. Mills handled nearly every aspect of the project from scoping the effort out, submitting paperwork to the city for permits, assisting with HOA approvals, taking care of the electrical work, painters, etc. 3. They stayed within budget from the quotes provided. 4. The were extremely communicative and responsive. From showing up on time the 1st day, till the end, I received daily communications via txt msg along with pic updates, and finished almost to the day they originally anticipated. 5. Quality & Craftsmanship is exceptional. I wanted something that did NOT look like an after-thought, but rather a true extension of the house. This deck has 2 fans, 6 LEDs, an infrared heater, and is thoroughly screened in, even under the deck. 6. If I ever had a question, something I felt needed additional attention, Mark was always available, and never kept me waiting. He treated everything I mentioned as a priority and ensured it got taken care of. 7. When they were done, they also did a great job cleaning up post construction and took all scraps and materials away with them. I am not exaggerating when I say I can’t recall having a better experience with a home contractor. I would absolutely recommend these guys for any project they say is within their scope. The final proof of their work is below. The pics just don’t in my opinion do justice to the work they did and the quality, look and feel of what they delivered. About Us:
We are a tight knit group of people from across the Middle Tennessee area with hearts geared towards service and respect. We take pride in the roots we’ve placed in our home town of Franklin and the wonderful communities we get to serve on a day to day basis. We realize that for our team to best operate that we have to maintain a clear line of communication between the guys in the field, the homeowner and our office. If we have questions we don’t hesitate to ask and seek out solutions, for us there is only one way to do something and that’s the right way the first time.
